Die Präsentation legt kurze historische Überblicke der sukzessiven Bibliotheks- und Urheberechtsgesetze auf dem Gebiet Tschechiens. Sie stellt die Probleme der geltenden Gesetze und deren Novellierungen dar, die sich eben heute in verschiedenen Phasen der Vorbereitung befinden. Positionen des Berufsverbandes in beiden Sachen sind angegeben.

The Presentation conveys a short historical overview of historical development of the library and copyright legislation on the territory of what is now the Czech Republic. It gives the problems of both the Library Act and Copyright Act in force and of their amendments that are in various stages of preparations, now. The positions of the professional association in both cases are presented.
